Immergas MINI CRD 3.020167 is a compact modulating chronothermostat designed for remote management of compatible Immergas boilers. Despite its small size, it combines the functions of a room thermostat, weekly programmer and panel for controlling the boiler's main operating parameters. Official documentation for the Immergas STAR range identifies MINI CRD as one of the available control accessories, particularly for EOLO STAR.MINI CRD measures room temperature and manages the heating request according to the selected temperature programme. On a compatible boiler, its modulating principle does more than issue simple start and stop commands and helps the system operate more steadily according to actual heat demand. The user can select automatic or manual operation, summer and winter functions, create a time programme for the days of the week and manage the principal temperature parameters supported by the boiler.The display shows room temperature, current time, selected mode and operating or diagnostic information received from a compatible boiler. MINI CRD is wall mounted and connected to the boiler with a two-core cable. The connection is non-polarised, so reversing the two conductors does not affect communication. Because the device receives its power directly from the boiler, it requires neither a separate power adapter nor batteries.According to the technical information, the maximum cable length is 50 metres and the recommended cable is 2 × 0.75 mm². User programmes remain permanently stored if power is interrupted, while the clock has a power reserve of at least eight hours. MINI CRD must be used only in single-zone heating systems. The manufacturer specifies a configuration without an outdoor temperature sensor or DOMINUS interface.
