UTFS 320 Heat Recovery Unit

The UTFS 320 Heat Recovery Unit is positioned in the approximately 3000 m³/h airflow class for ventilation systems with higher fresh-air and exhaust-air requirements. At larger airflow rates, recovering energy from extracted air becomes increasingly relevant because untreated outdoor air can create a significant additional load on heating and cooling systems. The UTFS ThermoFresh design uses an aluminium cross-flow plate heat exchanger to transfer part of this energy to the incoming fresh-air stream. The series includes staged airflow control, filtration and condensate-management provisions, while the unit layout provides maintenance access to fans, filters and the heat-recovery section. This makes the UTFS platform suitable for engineered ventilation systems where airflow, pressure, filtration and control requirements must be considered together. Actual system performance depends on the selected configuration and the operating point established by the ventilation design.
