UTFS 250 Heat Recovery Unit

The UTFS 250 Heat Recovery Unit is designed for mechanical ventilation systems requiring approximately 2500 m³/h of airflow. By transferring part of the thermal energy from exhaust air to the fresh-air stream, the unit helps reduce energy losses associated with continuous ventilation. The core heat-recovery component of the UTFS ThermoFresh series is an aluminium cross-flow plate heat exchanger. Staged fan control and the manufacturer's automation platform allow the ventilation system to operate under different airflow requirements. The factory controller supports Modbus RTU communication for integration with Building Management Systems, which is particularly useful in commercial and centrally controlled buildings. Depending on the selected configuration, the UTFS range can also support options such as Wi-Fi control, CO₂ monitoring and additional heating or cooling coils. Final specification should therefore be based on the complete ventilation design rather than airflow capacity alone.
