Giersch MG3.4-ZM-L-N-SD Gas Burner
Giersch MG3.4-ZM-L-N-SD Gas Burner
The Giersch MG3.4-ZM-L-N-SD is an industrial forced-draught natural gas burner designed for commercial and industrial heating systems requiring high thermal output. Its 790–2800 kW output range makes it suitable for hot-water boilers, steam boilers, central boiler rooms, manufacturing facilities and process-heating systems.
The burner features two-stage sliding and modulating operation. This allows its output to be adjusted according to the system’s current heat demand. Modulating control helps maintain a stable operating temperature, reduce unnecessary starts and stops, and optimise fuel consumption.
The MG3.4-ZM-L-N-SD is equipped with a 5.5 kW electric motor and a star-delta starting system. This starting method helps reduce the initial electrical load when the motor is activated. Burner operation is monitored using a UV flame detector, combustion control unit and air-pressure switch.
Depending on the available gas pressure and project requirements, the burner can be equipped with a KEV DN65, DN80 or DN100 gas train. The burner and gas train must be selected according to the required heating output and combustion-chamber resistance.
