GCHV CLS-F65HW/ZR1B air-cooled modular chiller – 65 kW

The GCHV CLS-F65HW/ZR1B is an air-cooled modular chiller for central cooling and heating systems in medium-sized commercial and light industrial buildings. With 65 kW cooling and 70 kW heating capacity, it can serve fan coil and AHU circuits in hotels, office centres, retail properties, restaurant complexes and process areas.

Two scroll compressors provide stepped capacity operation. The unit uses R410A refrigerant and has rated power input of 20.6 kW in cooling and 21.3 kW in heating. Published performance values include an EER of 3.16, a COP of 3.28 and a design water flow of 11.18 m³/h.

DN65 flanged water connections suit a central hydronic circuit, while the modular controller supports a group of up to 32 units. This arrangement is practical when the installed capacity must grow with the project or when several duty stages are preferred. The 2000 × 1920 × 900 mm casing and 610 kg net weight should be considered when designing the base, service clearances and unobstructed condenser airflow.
