GCHV CLS-F130HW/ZR1B industrial modular chiller – 130 kW

The GCHV CLS-F130HW/ZR1B is an air-cooled modular chiller rated at 130 kW cooling for large commercial buildings and industrial facilities. Its 132 kW heating mode allows the same hydronic network to serve seasonal heating demand. Typical applications include business complexes, large hotels, shopping centres, production buildings and central fan coil installations.

Four scroll compressors are divided between two refrigerant circuits. This arrangement supports stepped load control and gives the system designer more operational flexibility than a single-circuit machine. With R410A refrigerant, rated power input is 39.8 kW in cooling and 40.8 kW in heating; published efficiency values are EER 3.26 and COP 3.23.

The design water flow is 22.36 m³/h through DN65 flanged connections. Up to 16 modules of this 130 kW size can be combined in one control group, providing as much as 2080 kW nominal cooling capacity. The final module count, duty and standby arrangement, pumps, pipework and water treatment must be established by the project heat-load and hydraulic calculations.
