GCHV CLS-F30HW/ZR1B modular chiller – 30 kW

The GCHV CLS-F30HW/ZR1B is an air-cooled modular chiller designed for hydronic HVAC systems. It supplies chilled or heated water to fan coil units, air handling units and other water-based terminals, delivering 30 kW of cooling and 35 kW of heating. Its compact footprint suits offices, retail premises, restaurants, small hotels and commercial buildings with a dedicated outdoor service area.

A single scroll compressor operates with R410A refrigerant. Rated power input is 9.4 kW in cooling and 9.8 kW in heating, with an EER of 3.18 and a COP of 3.57. The design water flow is 5.16 m³/h, the published water-side pressure drop is 30 kPa, and the maximum permitted water pressure is 1.0 MPa.

The modular controller allows up to 32 units from the same series to operate in one group. Capacity can therefore be expanded in stages as the project develops, while multiple modules can improve operational continuity during planned service. Pump duty, buffer volume, water treatment and hydraulic balancing must be selected from the actual building load and piping design.
