Formül PP-R Valves

Formül PP-R valves open, close and isolate individual sections of a water system. Their PP-R connection body can be fused directly into polypropylene pipework, reducing the number of separate adapters.

The range may include several diameters, ball-type shut-off mechanisms and valves intended for specific installation tasks. Typical locations include apartment inlets, sanitary branches, heating circuits and equipment connections requiring service isolation.

Selection should consider nominal diameter, pressure, temperature, full-bore capacity and clearance for handle operation. The valve must pass the required flow when open and isolate the service zone securely when closed.

Both ends should be fused in alignment without applying twisting loads to the body, while the mechanism is protected from the heating tool. After installation, operation, joints and leak tightness should be tested under pressure.

Formül PP-R valves make individual system sections easier to control and can reduce the need to drain an entire installation during maintenance. Correct placement improves manageability and operational safety.
