Immerenergy marks 15 years in photovoltaic energy
12 June 2026

Immerenergy, the renewable-energy division linked to Immergas, is marking 15 years in the photovoltaic sector. During this period the team has completed more than 500 solar installations for residential, industrial and agricultural applications and developed broad experience in improving building energy performance.

Key results from fifteen years

According to the company, completed installations represent 12.5 MWh of installed capacity in Northern Italy. The projects range from private homes to production sites and agricultural businesses of different sizes. Services include engineering, installation, continuous optimisation and maintenance rather than the supply of hardware alone.

The practical result of a photovoltaic system depends on accurate design. Consumption profiles, usable roof area, inverter selection, storage capacity and future electrical loads should be evaluated before installation. This makes it possible to improve self-consumption and the economic return of the system.

Integration with heating and cooling

A significant feature of the Immerenergy approach is compatibility with heat pumps and hybrid systems. Locally generated electricity can support heating, cooling and domestic hot-water production. Central electronic controls can then coordinate energy availability with the building’s demand.

This integration is increasingly valuable when energy prices are volatile. Using a larger share of solar production directly on site reduces electricity purchased from the grid and improves the overall benefit of the photovoltaic investment.

Next areas of development

The company reported growth in its project pipeline during the first months of 2026. Future activity focuses on agricultural supply chains, small and medium-sized enterprises, residential installations and renewable-energy communities. A renewed visual identity and new direct-contact initiatives are also part of the development plan.

For Immergas, photovoltaic energy is both a specialised activity and part of a wider comfort ecosystem. Connecting electricity generation with efficient heating and cooling technologies can provide measurable savings, stronger energy resilience and reliable long-term operation.
