DAB MICRA Submersible Borehole Pump
DAB MICRA is a multistage submersible electric pump designed for boreholes with a diameter of 3 inches or larger. Its compact construction and 74 mm pump diameter make it suitable for lifting and distributing water from narrow boreholes, tanks and cisterns.
The pump can be used in domestic and industrial water-supply systems, for filling pressure vessels and storage tanks, pressure-boosting applications, irrigation systems and clean-water transfer. Depending on the model, it provides a flow rate from 0.3 to 2.7 m³/h and a maximum head of up to 90 metres.
DAB MICRA features a multistage centrifugal hydraulic system designed to provide stable water flow and high pressure. Its impellers are manufactured from Noryl, while the diffusers are made from self-lubricating polyacetal. The pump liner, shaft, strainer and cable guard are manufactured from stainless steel. The brass delivery head incorporates a non-return valve.
The submersible motor is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel and features IP68 protection, class F insulation and an automatic-reset thermal protector. The pump is designed primarily for vertical installation. For horizontal installation, the minimum required load on the thrust-bearing assembly must be ensured.
