DAB FEKABOX is an automatic wastewater collection and lifting station range designed for installations where wastewater cannot reach the main sewer network by gravity. Typical applications include basements, garages and other areas positioned below sewer level, where wastewater from washing machines, sinks, sanitary facilities and other domestic sources must first be collected and then pumped upward to the drainage network. Its compact design makes FEKABOX particularly suitable for homes and other residential properties.
FEKABOX is designed to operate with one automatic single-phase submersible pump equipped with a float switch. The pump is not supplied as an integral part of the tank and must be selected and ordered separately according to the hydraulic requirements of the installation. This allows an appropriate compatible DAB FEKA pump to be selected according to the required flow rate, head and wastewater characteristics.
The FEKABOX 110 version has a 110-litre HDPE tank. According to the current DAB technical sheet, compatible pump configurations provide an operating range of 1–24 m³/h with head up to 9 metres. Connections include DN50/110 inlets, DN50 ventilation and a horizontal or vertical G2" discharge. FEKABOX 110 is designed for installation inside a building, fixed securely to the floor, and is not intended to be walked or driven on. It is designed in accordance with EN 12050-2 requirements.
For applications requiring greater storage capacity, FEKABOX 200 incorporates a 200-litre LLDPE tank. Depending on the selected compatible pump, the official technical data specifies flow up to 24 m³/h and head up to 15 metres. FEKABOX 200 can be installed inside or outside the building, on the floor, underground or within a suitable housing.
