Submersible Wastewater Pump DAB FEKA 300 & FEKA 600
Submersible Wastewater Pump DAB FEKA 300 & FEKA 600
DAB FEKA 300 and FEKA 600 are submersible pumps designed for draining and lifting light wastewater, grey water and rainwater in domestic and residential environments. The FEKA range was redesigned by DAB after decades on the market to provide improved durability, reliability and ergonomics. Its technopolymer impeller allows the pumps to handle suspended solid particles measuring up to 25 mm.
The FEKA range provides an operating flow from 1 to 16 m³/h with a head of up to 7.5 metres. Maximum immersion depth is 7 metres, while the minimum intake level is approximately 38 mm. Permitted liquid temperature ranges from 0°C to +35°C for domestic applications and up to +50°C for other approved uses. The pumps have an IP68 protection rating, Class F motor insulation and a 1¼-inch discharge connection.
The pump body, impeller and suction grille are manufactured from durable technopolymer. The motor casing is made from AISI 304 stainless steel, while the shaft uses corrosion-resistant AISI 431 stainless steel. A triple sealing system in an oil bath, oversized ball bearings and a continuous-duty asynchronous submersible motor are designed to provide dependable operation. Thermal protection is incorporated into all single-phase versions, and the design allows dry running for up to one minute.
FEKA 300 has a nominal motor output of 0.22 kW, while FEKA 600 provides 0.5 kW. FEKA 300 is available in single-phase configurations, while FEKA 600 is offered in both single-phase and three-phase versions. Automatic MA models incorporate a float switch, whereas MNA/TNA versions are supplied without a float. Installation can be fixed or portable in a vertical position.
