Midea MKT3-1400FG30 4-pipe Ducted Fan Coil

Midea MKT3-1400FG30 is a concealed 4-pipe ducted fan coil designed for 30 Pa external static pressure above a suspended ceiling or inside a service area. At high, medium and low fan speeds it delivers 2380/1785/1190 m³/h airflow, 11.50/9.90/8.86 kW cooling capacity and 15.50/13.48/11.78 kW heating capacity. Air can be supplied through a plenum and a short duct network to one or more diffusers. This airflow class can serve ducted designs for larger office zones, restaurants, retail areas and other commercial spaces; the actual served area must be established by load calculation.

Separate chilled-water and hot-water circuits provide greater flexibility for zone heating and cooling control. The unit measures 2022×241×522 mm, has a net weight of 43.6 kg and produces 49/45/39 dB(A) across its three fan stages. The chilled-water circuit uses G3/4 connections and the hot-water circuit uses G1/2 connections. This product is not a self-contained refrigerant ducted air conditioner; it requires connection to a chiller or another correctly designed chilled- and hot-water source.

Selection must account for the calculated room load, duct pressure loss, filter and diffuser resistance, entering-water temperature and acoustic criteria. The casing should be suspended level, the condensate pipe should maintain a continuous fall, and chilled-water and drain lines require insulation.
