The Yeni Baku Bath project includes a dedicated boiler-room solution for a facility of approximately 2,200 m², designed to support the building’s heating and domestic hot-water requirements. Alarko boilers manufactured in Turkey are used as the main heat-generation equipment, while Kodsan Turkey water heaters and storage tanks are incorporated into the system for hot-water preparation and storage. In bathhouse and similar facilities, hot-water demand can be both high and continuous, making correct boiler-room design essential for maintaining stable operation and dependable supply throughout the day. The Alarko boilers provide the thermal energy required by the system, while the Kodsan units help store prepared hot water and make it available when demand increases. The coordinated operation of the boilers and hot-water storage equipment allows the system to respond more effectively to changes in consumption while maintaining a stable supply across different areas of the facility. This type of arrangement is particularly suitable for commercial and public buildings where hot-water availability is a critical part of daily operation. In the Yeni Baku Bath project, the integration of Alarko and Kodsan equipment creates a practical and reliable boiler-room infrastructure focused on heating performance, hot-water continuity and efficient system operation.
