The Retro Park Residential Building project includes a new engineering package covering approximately 8,900 m², incorporating ventilation, mechanical, electrical and fire-safety systems within a coordinated building-services infrastructure. The project is designed to bring the building's principal engineering systems together within a single technical concept, supporting reliable day-to-day operation while allowing the mechanical and electrical services to function in coordination with one another. The ventilation system incorporates Systemair Sweden fans to provide mechanical air movement and support the required air exchange across different functional zones of the residential building. Systemair's official product range includes fans and ventilation systems for commercial and residential applications. DAB Italy pumps are incorporated into the mechanical infrastructure to support the movement of water through the relevant hydraulic circuits and maintain the required flow and pressure conditions within the building's engineering systems. DAB is headquartered in Italy and supplies pumping solutions for a wide range of water-management applications. The project's piping infrastructure also incorporates Formül Turkey pipe systems, providing the pipework required for the associated mechanical and water networks. Formül manufactures PP-R, PVC and PE-RT piping and fitting systems. Mechanical and ventilation equipment is coordinated with the electrical infrastructure, including the power supply and operational requirements of fans, pumps and related engineering equipment. Fire-safety works are also integrated into the overall project concept, allowing the building's safety infrastructure to be coordinated with the mechanical and electrical installations. This integrated approach helps create an organised technical environment in which ventilation, water systems, electrical services and safety infrastructure operate as complementary elements of the building. The Retro Park project implemented by Euroclima combines Systemair ventilation equipment, DAB pumping solutions and Formül piping systems within a comprehensive engineering solution for an 8,900 m² residential development.
