The Cold Storage Warehouse Complex project includes the full implementation of MEP and IT systems designed to ensure precise temperature control, operational reliability, and safety for temperature-sensitive goods. Continuous cooling performance and energy efficiency were key priorities.The mechanical scope includes ventilation, heating and cooling systems, chiller and fan coil units, water supply and sewage networks, and a fire extinguishing system. The electrical scope covers internal power supply, lighting, façade lighting, lightning protection, and grounding systems. Low current systems include fire alarm, emergency announcement, fire automation, turnstiles, and barrier gate systems. The IT scope provides data networks, IP telephony, and digital control solutions enabling secure and efficient warehouse operations.
