Park Chinar Residential Building Project
The Park Chinar Residential Building project incorporates a new engineering package covering approximately 7,400 m², including ventilation, mechanical and electrical works together with the associated fire-protection infrastructure. The project is designed to create a coordinated technical environment in which ventilation equipment, electrical services, mechanical systems and fire-protection components operate as integrated parts of the building infrastructure. Systemair Sweden fans are incorporated into the ventilation system to provide mechanical air movement and support the required air exchange across different areas of the residential building. Systemair produces a broad range of fans for ducted and other ventilation applications. BSK Turkey air grilles are used at the air-distribution points to connect the ventilation ductwork with the occupied spaces and support the organised supply and extraction of air throughout the building. The fire-protection infrastructure incorporates SAER Italy fire pumps, providing the hydraulic support required by the building's firefighting water system. SAER manufactures dedicated firefighting pumps and pumping solutions for fire-protection applications. Duyar Turkey sprinkler systems form another important part of the fire-protection network, providing automatic water-discharge points throughout the protected areas of the building. Duyar's official product portfolio includes pendent, upright and sidewall sprinkler solutions. Coordination between the mechanical, ventilation, electrical and fire-protection systems is an important part of the overall engineering concept, allowing power supplies, control lines, ductwork and firefighting infrastructure to be arranged within a unified technical layout. The Park Chinar project delivered by Euroclima combines Systemair ventilation equipment, BSK air-distribution components, SAER firefighting pumps and Duyar sprinkler systems to create a comprehensive engineering solution for a modern 7,400 m² residential development.
