The Panda Kids project incorporates a complete HVAC solution designed to meet the building’s heating and cooling requirements. The cooling system is based on an Italian Clivet chiller, while Clivet fan coil units provide room-level temperature control and comfort across different zones of the property. For heating, Immergas boilers are used to provide a reliable source of thermal energy and support the building’s heating demand. The integration of the chiller, fan coil and boiler systems creates a coordinated mechanical infrastructure capable of operating efficiently across different seasons. This arrangement allows individual areas to be conditioned more flexibly while maintaining stable overall system performance. The use of Clivet and Immergas equipment in the Panda Kids project represents a practical HVAC solution for modern commercial and public-use spaces where dependable heating, cooling and indoor comfort are essential.
