The Mirvari City project includes a new complete MEP package covering approximately 8,600 m², incorporating coordinated mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The engineering concept is focused on creating a reliable and integrated technical infrastructure in which the building's ventilation, air-distribution, piping, plumbing and electrical systems operate as parts of a single coordinated solution. Proper MEP coordination is particularly important in a project of this scale, helping ensure that engineering services are installed efficiently, remain accessible for maintenance and operate without unnecessary conflicts between different building systems.

The ventilation infrastructure incorporates Blauberg Germany fans, which are intended to support effective air exchange across the different functional areas of the development. The fans form an important part of the mechanical ventilation system by assisting with the extraction of used air and the movement of air through the building's ventilation network. BSK Turkey air grilles are incorporated into the air-distribution system to provide the final connection between the ductwork and occupied areas. Their role is to distribute or extract air at the required locations while contributing to an organised and functional ventilation layout.

The project's piping infrastructure also incorporates Formül Turkey piping systems. These pipes are used within the mechanical infrastructure to provide dependable routing of water and other relevant system media through the building. For the plumbing network, Dizayn Turkey plumbing pipes are specified to support the internal water-distribution and sanitary infrastructure. Correct selection and installation of the piping system are essential for maintaining reliable water delivery, minimising operational issues and supporting the long-term performance of the building's plumbing network.

Mechanical and plumbing systems are coordinated with the electrical infrastructure throughout the Mirvari City project. Electrical supplies for ventilation equipment, control requirements for engineering systems, cable routing and service access must all be considered together during MEP planning. This integrated approach helps reduce technical clashes during construction and ensures that equipment can be inspected, serviced and maintained more effectively after the facility enters operation.

The Mirvari City MEP solution delivered by Euroclima brings together Blauberg ventilation equipment from Germany, Formül and Dizayn piping systems from Turkey, BSK air-distribution products and the associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure. The result is a comprehensive engineering approach designed for the technical requirements of an 8,600 m² modern development.
