The Mercedes Auto Showroom project includes the full implementation of MEP and IT systems designed to meet the high standards of a premium automotive sales and exhibition facility. Visitor comfort, vehicle protection, safety, and uninterrupted operation were key priorities throughout the project.The mechanical scope includes ventilation, heating and cooling systems, chiller and fan coil units, water supply and sewage networks, and a fire extinguishing system. The electrical scope covers internal power supply, lighting and façade lighting, lightning protection, and grounding systems.Low current systems include fire alarm, emergency announcement, fire automation, turnstiles, and barrier gate systems. The IT scope provides data networks, IP telephony, access control systems, projectors, and professional audio and video systems ensuring efficient and secure showroom operations.
