Within the Kristal Absheron project, an Immergas cascade boiler system and DAB Italy pumping solutions were implemented to support reliable heating generation and hydraulic circulation throughout the building infrastructure. The engineering concept is based on providing stable heat delivery for a large residential development while allowing the heating plant to respond efficiently to changing thermal demand.The Immergas cascade boiler configuration allows multiple heating boilers to operate as a coordinated system. Depending on the actual heating requirement, individual boilers can be brought into operation or taken offline in stages. This approach provides greater flexibility for central heating applications, enables heating capacity to follow changing building demand and distributes operating load across several boiler units instead of relying on a single heat source.The hydraulic section of the project incorporates DAB Italy pump-station solutions, providing the circulation and pressure required to move the heating medium through the system. Pumping equipment is a critical component of central boiler-room infrastructure, supporting the transfer of thermal energy from the heat-generation equipment to the different sections and circuits of the building.The integration of heating boilers, pumping equipment and distribution infrastructure creates a coordinated HVAC system designed for dependable operation across a large residential project. Correct hydraulic circulation also supports the effective operation of the cascade boiler arrangement by maintaining the required water movement through the heating circuits.
