The InterContinental Baku hotel is equipped with advanced mechanical systems designed in accordance with international hospitality standards. Guest comfort, energy efficiency, uninterrupted operation, and safety were key priorities throughout the project. Ventilation systems ensure high indoor air quality, while heating and cooling solutions provide year-round thermal comfort. Chiller and fan coil systems enable centralized climate control. Water supply and sewage networks were installed in compliance with standards, and the fire extinguishing system enhances overall hotel safety.
