The Amrahbank administrative building is equipped with fully integrated MEP and IT systems designed to meet the strict security, reliability, and uninterrupted operation requirements of the banking sector. Energy efficiency, system stability, and data security were key priorities throughout the project. The mechanical scope includes ventilation, heating and cooling systems, chiller and fan coil units, water supply and sewage networks, and a fire extinguishing system. The electrical scope covers internal power supply, lighting and façade lighting, lightning protection, and grounding systems. Low current systems include fire alarm, emergency announcement, fire automation, turnstiles, and barrier gate systems. The IT scope provides data networks, IP telephony, access control systems, projectors, and professional audio and video systems ensuring secure and stable bank operations.
