The Blue Mall project includes the comprehensive implementation of mechanical systems designed for a large-scale mixed-use complex. The solutions were developed with a focus on continuous operation, high occupancy levels, and energy efficiency. The heating and cooling system is based on chiller and fan coil technology, providing centralized climate control. Ventilation systems maintain indoor air quality, while water supply and sewage systems are installed in compliance with standards. Internal and automatic fire extinguishing systems, boiler room and pump station installations ensure operational safety, and the parking jet fan system provides effective air circulation in underground areas.
