The Baku Bay Tower project includes the implementation of comprehensive mechanical systems designed to meet the requirements of a modern high-rise building. All solutions were developed with a focus on comfort, energy efficiency, and safe long-term operation. Ventilation systems ensure stable indoor air quality, while heating and cooling solutions provide year-round thermal comfort. Chiller and fan coil systems enable centralized climate control. Water supply and sewage lines were installed in compliance with standards, and the fire extinguishing system enhances the overall safety of the building.
