Midea MKT2-300G30 is designed for room-by-room temperature control in centralized chilled-water HVAC systems. Its 2.7 kW cooling and 4.3 kW heating output makes it suitable for bedrooms, hotel rooms, small offices and comparable commercial zones.

The low-profile 240 mm casing is especially useful where ceiling void height is limited. As a 12 Pa low-static unit, it is intended for relatively short duct runs and uncomplicated air-distribution arrangements rather than large high-resistance duct networks.
